Eventually, Samsung Galaxy Nexus was launched on December 15, 2011. The phone was the first to run the amazing Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich from Google. Samsung Galaxy Nexus is considerably larger than the iPhone 4S with a screen of 4.65″ compared to the 3.5″ screen of iPhone 4S. However, Samsung Galaxy Nexus is thinner at 8.94mm compared to the 9.3mm thickness of iPhone 4S; and the Galaxy Nexus is also slightly lighter in weight at 135g compared to 140g of iPhone 4S.
