2011 has been a really tough year. A lot has changed in the gadget world, and competition has truly become stiffer than imagined.
Deciding which gadgets should be regarded as the top gadgets in the whole year appears difficult. Yet, gadget owners want to know where their devices fall on the list of top gadgets, and prospective gadget owners need quality information to make good decision. So, we still need to consider some of the gadgets that have been more widely accepted in the gadgets market.
Looking back into 2011, here are the top 10 gadgets that caught waves in the year.
1. Apple iPad 2 (16GB, Wi-Fi)

The Kindle Fire is only $199 and is selling massively. Millions of units have been sold in spite of the general notion that the Kindle Fire is inferior to the iPad in polish and functionality.

Lumia 800 is the new flagship Windows Phone which is a product of a partnership with Nokia. Though the phone is not available in all countries, it is a classical show of the power of Windows Phone 7 platform.
10. Nintendo 3DS
Nintendo’s 3DS rocked the gadget world with their premium portable console that displays 3D images without glasses. That’s a high point for contending with the increasing number of games on smartphones.
